clean engine , rebuild it empty with old clean seals and gasket which also are clean
and mask all sections where later are parts....
also mask all parts.......
than clean all with aceton and paint with a primer which is good for aluminium
and to + 200 / 250°C and oil resistence too. Min. two layer of primer.
than spary with the final color, RAL9006 for example because by this color you will
see if some mistake are by gasket/seal soon. With dark or black color it is not so
easy.
if the sprayng job is ready -min two layer- ..........................
you have to demont the engine again to start to build up the engine.
It need time ..... more as somebody want belive but later you will get a nice
result. And to clean the engine will be easier too.
